Returns

• You may return your Timber Tidings tree within 12 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Fill out or contact form below to begin the return process.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your tree arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@timbertidings.ca with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.​
